MaxCessible Finance ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data is stored on your device, what data is transmitted off your device, how it is used, and your rights. The App does not require an account, and all features can be used without logging in.

When the App loads and runs, it communicates with our backend provider (Base44) over a secure HTTPS connection to deliver app functionality. This communication includes a device/installation identifier (which may include the Android Advertising ID used by SDKs bundled in Base44-generated Android builds) and standard technical request data such as the app identifier, request timestamps and IP address. No budget entries, location, contacts, messages, photos, videos, audio, files or web-browsing data are transmitted off your device.

The transmitted data may be processed by Base44 and by service providers and SDKs that Base44 uses to operate the Android app, including platform services such as Firebase, acting on our behalf to host and operate the App. It is not sold or shared with advertisers or other third parties for their own purposes. Google Fonts may be used to load fonts; this generates a standard font request to Google's servers and does not transmit your device identifier.
The App does not require or offer accounts, login, or authentication. The device/installation identifier is not linked to an account or to personal information such as your name or email address.
All data transmitted between the App and our backend is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
On-device budget data and preferences can be cleared at any time using the "Delete History" section. The device/installation identifier used for app functionality cannot be disabled by you, because the App depends on its backend to function.
On-device data is retained until you delete it. Technical and analytics data retained by our backend provider is kept in accordance with the backend provider's platform retention policy. Because this data is not linked to an account, it is associated only with the device/installation.

This App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
